some tips for good printing

  • Choose good-quality paper to improve the picture material in your publication.

  • When creating a grid, do not place the margins too close to the edges as part of the text, or artwork will disappear in the fold in the middle during lamination or stapling.

  • Proofreading should be done by a person unconnected to the production process in order to get a fresh view on the material.

  • Stick to InDesign and Photoshop, as they are the only software programs that every printer has available.

  • Do not miss the deadline for delivery: Printing companies impose heavy fines, and your magazine will be put in the back of the printing queue with the result of long delays, affecting launch and distribution
